📋 Description

  • Promote trauma-informed interventions to support student mental health and academics.
  • Assist students with daily activities; support behavior, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
  • Collaborate with ESS/classroom team to lead activities and groups.
  • Follow classroom management protocols and daily schedules.
  • Understand continuum of mental health services within school and community supports.
  • Develop strong working relationships with school leadership, teachers, and paraprofessionals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed Behavioral Therapist, preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in mental health, preferably with youth 5-18.
  • Experience with crisis management and continuum of care for highly acute clients.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with students, families, and community services.
