  • Provide behavioral health support to students in schools to help them thrive.
  • Monitor student progress and share updates with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Co-facilitate group interventions and student support sessions with clinicians.
  • Assist in developing and reinforcing individualized care plans (including BIPs as needed).
  • Deliver in-classroom support through observation and targeted interventions.
  • Collect data and maintain timely documentation (observations, scheduling, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a school or clinical setting
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic therapeutic interventions and counseling techniques
  • Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse student populations
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
