School-Based Mental Health Technician (K-12)

📋 Description

• Partner with ESS clinicians to support students' mental health in schools.
• Monitor and track student progress for the interdisciplinary team.
• Co-facilitate small group interventions and student support sessions.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans (BIPs).
• Respond to crisis situations and coordinate with staff/parents as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant school or clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse students.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
