School Based Mental Health Therapist - Fairfax County

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site, school-based therapy during school hours
• Offer optional telehealth to supplement caseload
• Conduct mental health assessments and create treatment plans
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical team
• Maintain timely, accurate EHR documentation
• Participate in supervision and team case consults (pre-licensed)

🎯 Requirements

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active Virginia license: LCSW-C/Supervisee in Social Work/LPC/LPC-R
• Experience with youth in schools, outpatient, or virtual settings
• Strong clinical skills in individual and family therapy
• Cultural competence and trauma-informed approach
• Passion for making mental health accessible to kids and teens
