School-Based Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic services to students with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to create trauma-informed environments.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using ESS's trauma-informed approach.
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in regular team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Proficient with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Trauma-informed care and school-based mental health knowledge.
• Experience in school-based mental health settings preferred.
