School-Based Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in schools.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.
• Deliver trauma-informed, school-based mental health services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and join regular team meetings.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Create safe, trauma-attuned environments for students.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Active CA license or associate number: ACSW/AMFT/APCC or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Experience with trauma-informed, school-based care model preferred.
