School-Based Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide therapy to students with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support students.
• Use trauma-informed care to create safe school environments.
• Maintain a stable, school-based schedule (no evenings/weekends).
• Support social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Coordinate care with ESS team and school stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Active associate number (ACSW/AMFT/APCC) or CA clinical license.
• CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred.
