School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings
• Collaborate with educators and Cortica's clinical team
• ABA therapy in educational settings through partner schools
• Monday–Friday schedule; 7:30 AM–3:30 PM; minimum 4 hours paid per day
• School-based role follows the academic calendar

🎯 Requirements

• BCAT certification (obtain within 30 days where required)
• RBT certification or ability to obtain
• Provide direct behavioral analytic services
• Develop and implement BIPs and skill programs
• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Travel between work sites within designated area
• TB clearance; First aid/CPR cert or ability to obtain
