School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings
• Collaborate with educators and Cortica’s clinical team to support students
• Implement ABA therapy in educational environments
• Collect data on progress and maintain timely session notes
• Travel between assigned schools and participate in trainings
• Support students’ engagement and learning within daily routines

🎯 Requirements

• BCAT or RBT credential, or ability to obtain within 30 days
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel between assigned work sites
• Data collection and timely documentation of sessions
• Knowledge of ABA, BIPs, and IEP alignment
• Strong collaboration with school teams, caregivers, and clinicians
