School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in schools.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and clinical team to support students.
• Implement ABA services and skill-building aligned with IEP goals.
• Collect data, maintain session notes, and document incidents.
• Follow school schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–3:45 PM; minimum 4 paid hours when assigned.
• Travel between sites and follow safety, de-escalation, and mandated reporting protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in ABA / Behavior Technician roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation; ability to travel between work sites.
• BCAT certification within 30 days if required by district.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel between assigned work sites.
