School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and the clinical team to support student learning.
• Deliver ABA therapy in educational settings as part of Cortica’s integrated care model.
• Collect data on progress, complete session notes and incident reports.
• Travel between assigned schools within the service area as needed.
• Follow school safety and crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days if district requires.
• Willingness to travel between work sites; reliable transportation.
• Post-offer background check and motor vehicle report; TB clearance.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Implement behavioral interventions aligned with IEP goals and school teams.
