School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in schools.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and Cortica clinical team.
• Implement BCAT/RBT‑based ABA strategies and BIPs per IEP.
• Collect data and document session notes and incidents.
• Travel between assigned schools within service area.
• Maintain safety, de‑escalation, and crisis protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or RBT credential within 30 days where required.
• Ability to travel between work sites as needed.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in school or clinical ABA settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with school teams.
