School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Execute all responsibilities and skills associated with the Board Certified Autism Technician
• Provide direct implementation of holistic, neurodiversity-affirming behavior analytic services to
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
• Work closely with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies into the daily classroom routine
• Support student development in communication, social skills, self-regulation, and self-care (e.g.
• Utilize a strengths-based treatment approach developed in collaboration with the educational team

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of work experience in ABA / Behavior Technician roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between work locations
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain
• BCAT certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire for districts that require certification
