Safely operate a school bus per state/federal regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Follow routes and schedules with safe driving speeds.
Ensure safe loading, unloading and seating of students.
Maintain discipline and student conduct per KIPP values.
Respond calmly to emergencies and student medical needs.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year school bus or commercial driving experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Florida CDL with P and S endorsements.
FDOE training (40 hrs) and DOT physical.
FMCSA drug/alcohol screening.
Fingerprinting and Level II background; clean MVR.
