📋 Description

• Oversee daily custodial duties for Newark schools
• Manage maintenance planning and vendor oversight
• Lead projects for building upkeep and improvements
• Coordinate safety inspections and compliance tasks
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed
• Maintain and update work orders and PM tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Black Seal (low pressure) Boiler License preferred
• 2+ years custodial or facilities experience
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge
• Proficient with work order systems
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
