📋 Description

• Work with parents, educators, and professionals to create supportive learning environments
• Use data-based decision-making for intervention planning and progress monitoring
• Collaborate on functional behavior assessment and SEL goal writing
• Provide consultation to educational staff and parents on student needs
• Conduct risk assessment and program evaluation for student success
• Local travel to school network with occasional regional travel required

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Educator's License with School Psychologist Endorsement in Illinois
• Experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional difficulties
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent consultative and data analysis abilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
