📋 Description

• Lead the business unit with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, with full
• Own the full P&L, including revenue, profitability, labor, operating expenses, capital
• Lead the commercial growth of the business, including sales strategy and execution, new business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, industry
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement across laboratory operations, quality
• Build, lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination.
• MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive business leadership experience with full P&L management.
• Demonstrated experience leading commercial growth.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
