• Develop and expand antibody discovery platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD with 7+ years or MS/MA with 12+ years in relevant field.
• Authorized to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in antibody discovery.
• Antibody discovery tech: hybridoma, B-/Plasma cell isolation, V-region sequencing.
• Antibody engineering: humanization, germlining, CDR-scanning, affinity maturation.
• Molecular cloning: restriction cloning, Gibson assembly, ligation-independent cloning.
