Scientific Director / Senior Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Global Oncology Pipeline (Prostate Cancer)

📋 Description

• Provide medical input into prostate cancer oncology portfolio strategy.
• Lead pipeline medical evidence generation strategy and execution.
• Serve as medical interface with internal/external stakeholders.
• Create early scientific narratives, messaging, and congress plans.
• Assist with development of marketing materials, education programs, and symposia.
• Coordinate scientific activities with cross-functional teams and regulatory discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD or PharmD); postdoc preferred.
• 10-15 years pharma experience; 7-10 years in Medical Affairs.
• Prostate cancer expertise; strong knowledge of clinical trials.
• Experience in global medical affairs and development strategy.
• Leadership in cross-functional global teams; strong English skills.
• Ability to translate data into medical education and communications.
