📋 Description

• Perform cell-based potency and ELISA assays
• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare reagents, standards, and controls
• Monitor assay performance using established system suitability criteria and control trending
• Support assay development, optimization, qualification, validation, and method transfer activities
• Assist with data evaluation, acceptance criteria establishment, and continuous improvement
• Analyze data using bioassay and statistical software

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related degree concentration
• 1-2 years of related industry experience preferred
• Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
• Capability to work well on a team and be able to troubleshoot and problem solve in cross functional
• Ability to read, comprehend, and present complex subjects
• Independently engage and collaborate with coworkers, customers, and management
