📋 Description

• Perform sequencing of nucleic acids with focus on nanopore sequencing and RNA sequencing, including
• Interpret and report results after extensive check of raw data quality and critical results analysis
• Generate appropriate analytical documentation related to method development up to qualification
• Present results to appropriate stakeholders
• Participate in scientific/technology watch and interact with external experts and equipment
• Plan and execute laboratory activities in collaboration with technicians and other scientists at

🎯 Requirements

• PhD degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biology, or Bioengineering
• Molecular biology experience
• 3 years of DNA and RNA sequencing experience
• Ability to lead method development project at the bench
• Sound scientific methodology and thinking, autonomy, commitment to solve problems
• Fluent communication skills in English; French is a plus
