Scientist – BTS (Process)

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on lab work as part of the BTS Vaccine Formulation team
• Set and manage expectations, performance goals, time commitments, resources, and risks
• Initiate and maintain up-to-date MS project files and Connectivity updates; follow NPC and
• Design and plan experiments based on general guidelines, instructions, and project timelines
• Motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve cooperation and common goals
• Engage in the operational area

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, Pharmaceutical
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in scaling up chemical production processes
• Familiarity and expertise in laboratory operations
• Experience working under GxP guidelines and familiarity with MPS methodologies
• Knowledge of project management principles and transfer methodologies
