Scientist, Conjugation Chemistry

📋 Description

• Define and implement reproducible protocols for oligonucleotide conjugates
• Develop conjugation strategies (cysteine, lysine, glycan, site-specific)
• Design and incorporate linker chemistries to optimize PKPD
• Assist in internal lab build and equipment procurement
• Assist analytical scientists in developing methods (HPLC, MS)
• Collaborate with protein engineers to prep conjugates for studies

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in chemistry or protein engineering; 3+ years in conjugates
• Experience with antibody, protein or peptide conjugates
• Knowledge of cysteine-maleimide, click chemistry, site-specific
• Purification and analytical methods: HPLC, SEC, IEX, LCMS
• Experience with oligonucleotide modalities (siRNA/ASOs) is a plus
• Strong communicator and able to work independently in a lab
