Scientist Group Leader

📋 Description

• Lead design and execution of analytical methods per ICH guidelines.
• Perform release and stability testing on starting materials and API.
• Author and review method qualification/validation/transfer docs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation.
• Support audit readiness and participate in FDA/regulatory audits.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, DEA, FDA, and related regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Analytical chemistry or equivalent; 5+ years in analytical dev (R&D/validation) in pharma.
• MS in Analytical chemistry or equivalent; 3+ years in analytical dev (R&D/validation) in pharma.
• PhD in Analytical chemistry or equivalent; related analytical dev R&D experience.
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC, GC, NMR, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS.
• 5+ years' API method development/validation experience.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
