📋 Description

• Responsible for screening cell-based assays in an operations setting using plate reader such as
• Serve as the primary point of contact and lead for assigned assay sets, responsible for developing
• Co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including bi-weekly large-scale safety pharmacology
• Maintain all (25+) cell lines needed for the operation and providing screening plates or assays
• Maintain inventory of bulk vials to sustain business continuity
• Support compound management by utilizing acoustic dispensing (Echo or ATS)

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in biological sciences with 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in an operations type screening lab maintaining mammalian cell lines is required
• Experience performing and analyzing quantitative cell-based and/or biochemical assays is required
• Experience with data management, including databases; assay troubleshooting experience
• Maintains accurate and organized records for assay
• Skilled in mammalian cell culture, biochemical and/or cell-based assay design, execution, and
