Scientist I - ADA/PK

📋 Description

• Lead scientist on ADA/PK assay development
• Lead validation activities and project plans
• Present data to clients and stakeholders
• Perform GLP-compliant assay runs and validation
• Train analysts and junior scientists; write SOPs
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client comms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology/biochem/immunology/biotech with ≥6 yrs lab exp
• Master's degree in related field with ≥4 yrs exp
• PhD in related field with ≥2 yrs exp
• Immunoassay development in ELISA and MSD-ECL
• PK/biomarker/ADA assay experience
• Knowledge of GxP/GLP regulations; strong SOP/training skills
