Scientist I - Analytical Development

📋 Description

• Design, develop, optimize, and qualify cell-based bioassays for potency testing, product
• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory experiments using established procedures
• Develop, characterize, and maintain assay-ready cell lines and cell banks
• Evaluate assay performance characteristics (accuracy, precision, specificity, sensitivity
• Maintain laboratory reagents, consumables, and inventory
• Execute qualification studies and analyze data

🎯 Requirements

• M.S. degree in a related scientific field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience, OR B.S.
• Deep knowledge of cell and molecular biology techniques, including sterile technique
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based bioassays, reporter gene assays
• Experience with neutralizing antibody (NAb) assays and relative potency analysis is a plus
• Experience using scientific and statistical data analysis software such as GraphPad Prism, JMP
• Hands-on experience with fluorescence and luminescence detection systems
