📋 Description

• Design, optimize, and implement HTS-compatible assays with automation.
• Execute plate-based HTS campaigns; analyze results.
• Communicate findings to teams to support AI/ML-driven design cycles.
• Support multiple programs across ion channel, GPCR, and ADC assays.
• Learn and apply new assay technologies with senior guidance.
• Troubleshoot assay performance and instrument issues as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in biology-related field or MSc with 4+ yrs experience; BSc with 6+ yrs.
• Hands-on experience with cell-based or biochemical assays.
• Strong foundation in mammalian cell culture and plate-based workflows.
• Experience with ELISA, HTRF, AlphaLISA, and flow cytometry.
• Familiarity with HTS workflows and multiwell plate formats.
• Able to follow protocols and troubleshoot assay issues with data quality.
