Scientist I/II, In Vivo Pharmacology – Immuno-oncology

📋 Description

• Design, execute and optimize efficacy/PK/PD studies utilizing tumor models in both immunocompetent
• Understand and adhere to IACUC protocols regarding animal welfare and handling.
• Data analyses and presentation of pharmacodynamic/disease results, and work across discovery teams
• Commitment to scientific rigor, high data quality and careful documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Scientist I: MS with 2+ years of experience, or BS with 5+ years of experience
• Scientist II: MS with 5+ years of experience, or BS with 7+ years of experience
• Degree in cancer biology, immunology, pharmacology, or a related field with extensive hands-on
• Proficient hands-on experience with in vivo pharmacodynamic and tumor models, including
• Technical experience and knowledge in tissue culture and immune cell isolation from lymphoid tissue
• Knowledge of PK/PD relationships, flow cytometry, and other standard molecular and cellular biology
