📋 Description

• Design, execute, and troubleshoot cell-based assays using human primary peripheral blood
• Develop and optimize T cell functional assays and co-culture systems to assess activation
• Apply high-parameter flow cytometry, quantitative immunoassays, and molecular biology and
• Plan experiments with appropriate controls and consideration of donor variability, and analyze and

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, or a related field; or a master's degree in a related field with
• Strong understanding of T cell immunobiology, including activation, differentiation, effector
• Hands-on expertise in human primary immune-cell isolation, culture, and stimulation, including
• Experience with multicolor, high-parameter flow cytometry, including panel design and optimization
• Experience with quantitative immunoassays for cytokines and other proteins, such as ELISA
• Proficiency in general molecular biology and biochemistry techniques, such as PCR/qPCR, molecular
