📋 Description

• Run ddPCR and qPCR assays independently.
• Develop and validate nucleic acid extraction methods for complex matrices.
• Analyze data and prepare summary tables.
• Write SOPs and plans for sample analysis.
• Troubleshoot assays and design assay runs.
• Ensure GxP compliance and quality documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in molecular biology techniques and analysis software
• Proficiency in nucleic acid extraction, real-time PCR, ddPCR, branched DNA, nanostring
• Develop and validate robust nucleic acid extraction methods from complex matrices
• Ability to design efficient experiments
• Experience in regulated environments with Good Documentation Practices
• Education/Experience: BS 6+, MS 4+, or PhD 2+ in related field
