📋 Description

• Routine culture and maintenance of immortalized and primary cell cultures, especially of NHP and
• Isolation of primary human cells from various sources including tissue and whole blood.
• Work with a Principal Scientist to develop flow cytometry panels for immunophenotyping.
• Design, perform, and interpret in vitro experiments to support drug discovery and development
• Conduct experiments with a high level of independence and initiative and performing tasks with
• Independently schedule and prioritize workload to manage several tasks simultaneously.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree at least 7 years of experience, or Master's Degree with at least five years of
• Experience working with human tissue samples and with isolating and characterizing cells such as
• Demonstrated proficiency in cell and molecular biological assays such as qPCR analysis, multicolor
• Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills. Experience with electronic lab notebooks
• Experience with statistical analysis and graphing software (Excel, FlowJo, GraphPad Prism).
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a highly
