📋 Description

• Develop robust synthetic processes, supporting peptide assets and other synthetic molecule modality
• Participate in project teams towards development and characterization of new assets
• Establish, communicate, and execute research plans
• Resolve key project hurdles and assumptions by utilizing available information and technical
• Proactively seek new information in literature and incorporate into project
• Interpret results and draw conclusions from experiments, note significant deviations, propose

🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry or related field and 7+ (BS) or 5+ (MS) years of relevant industrial
• Experience with GMP manufacturing and peptide process development
• Strong team player and scientific leadership
• Effective oral and written communication skills for cross-functional collaborations
