📋 Description

• Lead assay development projects
• Lead validation and present data to clients
• Write validation plans and reports; manage deviations
• Perform GLP-compliant assays and validation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications
• Train analysts; write SOPs and study materials

🎯 Requirements

• PhD with >=4 yrs, or MS with >=6 yrs, or BS with >=8 yrs in scientific labs
• Gyrolab platform hands-on experience
• Immunoassay development in ELISA, MSD-ECL, RIA, DELFIA, HTRF
• GxP regulatory knowledge and GLP environments
• Supervisory/leadership experience; train analysts
• MS Excel/Word proficiency; strong written and oral communication
