Scientist II - Analytical Chemist

📋 Description

• Work in a laboratory setting, meeting the physical job requirements of a lab role
• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK and BioAnalysis applications
• Provide leadership and mentorship for junior scientists
• Develop analytical methods supporting project teams internally and externally for new assay
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Mass Spectrometers and HPLC units
• Prepare and manage inventory of buffers, reagents, semi-finished and finished goods

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with LC-MS in CRO or industry lab in Bioanalytical Method Development, Drug
• Experience with validation of bioanalytical methods per FDA, ICH, OECD guidelines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a Quality Management System
• Proficiency in High-Throughput analytical method development for small molecules
• Experience leading and delivering results in R&D or innovation programs
