Scientist II, Biologics Drug Product Development

📋 Description

• Lead and execute drug product development studies
• Formulation screening, in-use studies, process support
• Generate data for IND/NDA/CTA submissions and CTD docs
• Collaborate with Analytical Development and Drug Substance teams
• Develop understanding of formulation attributes and product quality
• HPLC/UPLC expertise to support characterization and ops

🎯 Requirements

• Biologics drug product development experience
• Strong knowledge of protein degradation and analytics
• Hands-on HPLC/UPLC across RP, SEC, IEC, HIC
• Experience with SEC, RP-HPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, HIAC, DLS
• Experience with in-use stability or clinical compatibility studies preferred
• Proficiency with Empower or chromatography data systems
