  • Independently design, execute, and own phage display campaigns from library to hit validation.
  • Develop and optimize selection strategies for difficult targets; troubleshoot antigen production and QC.
  • Design and build display libraries; apply cloning and mutagenesis for diverse repertoires.
  • Design/run clonal affinity/functional assays (FACS, ELISA, SPR); adapt to high-throughput formats.
  • Collaborate with computational/ML teams to generate structured QC data for model training.
  • Contribute to and lead the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation of methods and results.

🎯 Requirements

  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or Protein Engineering with 2–4 years of industry experience.
  • Hands-on phage display antibody/protein discovery including library design and hit validation.
  • Strong molecular biology skills for library construction, including cloning, mutagenesis, and assembly.
  • Hands-on flow cytometry (FACS) experience with data interpretation and gating.
  • Ability to run campaigns independently; experience with membrane proteins (GPCRs) in cell-based expression.
  • Strong working knowledge of antibody binding/characterization assays (ELISA) and mammalian cell culture.
