📋 Description

• Develop and optimize new analytical methods to generate reliable data.
• Improve existing lab methods and processes to enhance quality and speed.
• Demonstrate mastery of analytical techniques for small molecules.
• Support early phase development of NCE drug substance and product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PCS, Process Chemistry, DPD, QA, CMC-Regulatory).
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision in the lab.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry; 7+ yrs, or Master's with 5+ yrs.
• Strong analytical chemistry background; method development and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on chromatography (HPLC/UPLC/GC) and spectroscopy.
• Proficiency with Waters Empower CDS and SLIMS (LIMS) for data management.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Practical knowledge of organic structure, functional groups, and spectroscopic techniques.
