Scientist III - Mass Spec Production (LC-MS/MS)

📋 Description

• Execute and take ownership of key study components including sample preparation, LC-MS/MS analysis
• Contribute to method development, qualification, and optimization efforts
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutions
• Analyze and interpret data with minimal oversight
• Prepare data summaries and contribute to report generation
• Ensure compliance of study activities with pertinent portions of study protocol, SOPs &amp

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or chemical/biochemical engineering, or
• Strong experience with bioanalytical sample preparation, quantitative LC-MS/MS, and
• Experience contributing to method development, qualification, and complex troubleshooting
• Experience with proteins and peptides as well as small molecule biomarkers is preferred
• Experience with reversed phase and HILIC chromatography at analytical flow rates or protein
• Experience working in a regulated environment (GLP/GxP)
