📋 Description

  • Independently perform tissue processing, staining, microscopy, IHC, and related workflows.
  • Develop, optimize, validate pathology assays, histology methods, IHC protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lab capabilities and efficiency.
  • Analyze and communicate experimental data to teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare study reports, SOPs, and scientific presentations.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional project teams and support lab operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in biology/Pathology/Histotechnology or related field with 5+ years exp; or Master’s
  • ASCP HT/HTL certification preferred.
  • Hands-on histology, IHC, tissue processing, staining, microscopy experience.
  • Experience with experimental planning, method development, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and troubleshoot across teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; physical ability to work in a lab and lift up to 40
