Scientist – Molecular Biology

📋 Description

• Supports late-stage cell therapy products through analytical assay development, assay
• Contributes to the design, planning, execution, and optimization of analytical assay development
• Performs experiments, analyzes and interprets data, troubleshoots technical issues, and
• Prepares and presents scientific data in technical reports, team discussions, and departmental
• Provides clear and proactive status updates on assigned activities, risks, and timelines to project
• Supports preparation and review of assay-related technical documentation, including protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with mammalian cell culture.
• Hands-on experience with DNA/RNA extraction and molecular biology assays such as qPCR, ddPCR, and
• Experience with QX ONE, QX 200 and QuantStudio 7 instrumentation preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytical method development, assay optimization, qualification, and
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex experimental data, troubleshoot assay performance issues
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write and review SOPs
