Scientist / Senior Scientist, Ads Systems

📋 Description

• Design and lead offline model evaluation pipelines and analysis.
• Contribute to ads ML features and models in production.
• Build offline evaluation and simulation models for our ads marketplace.
• Accelerate product development via data insights for product/tech leaders.
• Lead experimental design and analysis for the ads domain.
• Design science roadmaps and experimentation agendas to measure feature launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Domain experience in digital ads systems and analytics pipelines.
• 4+ years of data science, economics, analytics, or ML engineering.
• Expertise with data transformation and pipelines using Spark, Hive, and Airflow.
• Experience with auctions and experimentation in market settings.
• Graduate education in a technical field (preferred: econ/stat/physics, etc).
• Strong communicator who explains findings to non-technical audiences.
