Scientist/Senior Scientist, Immunology

📋 Description

• Design experiments to explore mechanisms of drug/target activity.
• Develop cell-based and cell-free assays for type 2 immunity.
• Coordinate externally run PK/PD studies and ex vivo analysis.
• Collaborate with protein engineers and computational biologists.
• Design and analyze flow cytometry panels for immune cells.
• Identify key questions to inform milestones with data.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD with 5+ years in drug development; Type 2 immunology familiarity.
• Demonstrated success designing experiments for discovery-stage programs.
• Extensive cellular immunology experience: cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA/MSD.
• Immunology expertise with in vitro and in vivo models of atopic disease.
• Experience designing and analyzing in vivo PK/PD and efficacy models.
• Independent, proactive; able to own and drive projects.
