📋 Description

• Serve as senior technical authority in wetlands, soils, and water quality
• Guide internal teams, clients, and regulators with deep scientific insight
• Shape how RES collects, interprets, and applies data across projects
• Mentor junior scientists and lead by example
• Lead field visits, data collection protocols, and SOP recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in environmental science, or 13+ with advanced degree
• Bachelor's in natural or physical sciences (required)
• Expertise in wetlands, soils, water quality, stream morphology
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting
• Advanced knowledge of GIS and environmental mapping
• Strong experience in functional assessments and data analysis
• Proficient with scientific software and field equipment (YSI, GPS, turbidity meters)
