SCM Domain Lead - ERP (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end SCM process architecture across D2O, P2P, and SCE.
• Define agentic operating model: AI-led vs human-led SCM workflows.
• Establish process design standards, ERP config principles, and cross-system guidelines.
• Ensure D365 core is the system of record for SCM processes.
• Act as Program Manager for complex SCM ERP transformation initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives: scope, timeline, governance, and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning E2E SCM process architecture in a complex ERP.
• Hands-on with D365 F&O SCM or SAP SCM depth.
• Track record leading large SCM transformation programs up to COO level.
• Strong understanding of WMS, 3PL, and adjacent system integration patterns.
• Experience designing AI-native operating models for autonomous agents.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
