🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering
2+ years hands-on screen printing equipment experience
5+ years in screen printing or related high-volume manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of screen printing, paste handling, print registration
Experience with cleanroom environments and safety
Travel up to 20% domestically/internationally
