🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in HR, Law, Business Admin, Criminology or related field
• 1–4 years in background screening or HR/compliance
• English fluency; one of French, German, Arabic or Russian required
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent written communication and integrity
• Proficient with MS Office and case management tools
