📋 Description

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and iterative software delivery
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and effectively manage team dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile methodologies and continuous
• Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
