Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Serve as Scrum Master for VA healthcare modernization teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and releases.
• Guide teams in Agile principles and Scrum practices to improve performance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs.
• Identify and remove impediments hindering team delivery.
• Support release planning and cross-functional coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile software development or IT modernization.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT, software development, or healthcare modernization.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
