Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Serve as servant-leader and coach to Agile teams; promote collaboration and ownership.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) for data-driven improvements.
• Partner with Product Owners to groom backlogs and align with business goals.
• Remove impediments; shield team; escalate blockers when needed.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and transparency using JIRA and Confluence.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile software development.
• Proven track record with fast-paced teams; facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management.
• Strong Agile principles; Scrum; Kanban; SAFe a plus; banking sector a plus.
• Demonstrated experience using Agile metrics to improve performance.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience required.
• CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
